My starting point in therapy is that no topic cannot be discussed. I believe that all problems/issues can be addressed and improved and that therapy can be effectively utilized for enhancing decision-making and life transitions. I consider myself a partner in the therapeutic process. I am a listener, a coach, and an accountability partner. I see it as my role to create a safe space in which you can explore and learn to love your story.
